Lukáš Bucháček has experience mainly in civil law, intellectual property law and focuses also on commercial obligations. He also gained experience with civil disputes.

Previous experience of practising law
During his studies, he practised law in major Czech law firm and gained practical experience through internship at a district court. After that, he was a law clerk in a law firm focusing on commercial contracts and environmental law.
He speaks fluent English and, at a communication level, also French.
